Workers Compensation
For over 10 years, I have worked with employers, carriers, defense and claimant attorneys in providing expert vocational services to claimants injured on the job.  My experience spans many jurisdictions to include the Federal Longshore Act, Defense Base Act, Non-Appropriated Funds Act, Jones Act, Federal Employees Compensation Act, Florida Workers Compensation and Georgia Workers Compensation laws. 

In these case, I am most often asked to provide re-employment services and labor market research leading to re-employment of the injured worker or establishment of a wage earning capacity or ability to return to work within the competitive labor market.    In accomplishing this goal, I routinely provide on-site job analysis, labor market survey research, vocational evaluations and rehabilitation planning services. 

In addition to my work performed directly on behalf of the employer, carrier or litigants, I am certified by the United States Department of Labor, Office of Workers Compensation as a Vocational Specialist for direct referral as well as a Qualified Rehabilitation Provider for the State of Florida and as a Registered Rehabilitation Supplier for the State of Georgia.
