Long Term Disability / Social Security Disability
In many cases, long term disability and social security disability are co-mingled.  In other words, Long Term Disability policies are often offset by an award of Social Security Benefits.  This is often the case for permanent awards in workers compensation cases as well.   

My extensive experience as a Social Security Representative and  experience as a contracted Social Security Administration vocational expert, has provided me great insight into the evaluation of claims for disability as it relates to both types of claims.

I have evaluated dozens of long term disability cases over the years to provide a fair and unbiased opinion of how the particular aspects of a claim would likely be evaluated given the definition of disability used in each plan or jurisdictional settings.
